Summer Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy

If You Need To Cancel, please EMAIL us within the timeframe:

Full Refund (100%)

Cancellations before 6/1/2025 (minus a $25 administrative fee).

Refund to SCHOOL CREDIT (100%)

Cancellations made after 6/1/2025

How to Cancel

Please email us at help@altos-academy with your child's name and the camp session you are cancelling.

School Year Cancellation and Refund Policy

** We DO NOT REFUND missed classes. Instead, we offer make-up classes if possible

Please EMAIL help@altos-academy.com one month (30 Days) in advance if you want to cancel the class, no other notifications will be accepted.

If a balance refund is involved, a $25 administrative fee will be charged.
